Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of Attendance will be available for all registered participants after the meeting.
Those who complete the pre-registration could download/print a certificate of attendance at 'My page-Registration' from October 16.

Remember to indicate payment reference of your name on all money transfers.
You can register online using electronic bank transaction after signing-up on this website.
A copy of remittance advice should be sent to the secretariat (herz6@circulation.or.kr).
All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the applicants.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made in writing to The Korean Society of Cardiology secretariat before September 24^th(Wed), 2025.
A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail.
Requesting by phone / fax is not accepted.
To transfer registration fee to another person is not allowed.

If participants need a visa to enter Korea, we would like to recommend you to apply for a visa as early as possible.
